How to Partition your Windows Drive (Using Disk manager) 

To partition  any Windows drive  is easy using Disk Manager. Drive isn't useful to your OS until it's partitioned to store files. It's a simple process that can't take you 5 minutes.
 

Creating multiple partitions on an drive is additional safety measure in order to store backup files in one partition and personal files on a different. To create a Partition on your Windows 10 operating system on your hard drive follow the following steps:

Go to your Start menu

Type the Disk Manager

Go to the section which says Disk Management

So this disk management section is going to look like this


NB: You will be able to see a system reserved memory and then C Drive which is the main drive as shown above.

 Right click on C Drive

Select Shrink Volume and wait until it finishes. You just need to wait until it this you just need to wait until it this disk manager query volume for available shrink space.

 Right Click On the un-allocated Space and Select NEW SIMPLE VOLUME

Then Follow the Prompts and you're done
